VTV filmed a report on Logistics solutions at Thang Long Logistics center

According to Mr. Trung, the current biggest problem of logistics centers operating with the business of operating chill & frozen storage goods, the biggest difficulty is the cost of electricity. The unit price of electricity that enterprises are paying with the commercial service which price is 26-30% higher than the electricity production price. With the business model of general storage and cool storage, cold storage with a capacity of up to 30,000 pallets like TLL is operating, this electric cost is a huge cost.

Besides, another problem is the transportation cost issue, for logistics enterprises the biggest cost is that the cost of investment in vehicles about 50% , the remaining is other costs. However, these carving costs depend on many objective factors such as fuel costs, road and bridge costs, and other costs incurred, making the cost push up very high. The waste of fuel, the waiting time for loading and unloading goods affects the turnaround time ... also affects the cost.

In addition, having more new larger logistics centers to meet the consumer needs is also a good solution for the current logistics system.
